The "Centro de Estudios de Física del Cosmos de Aragón" (CEFCA) invites applications for a postdoctoral position starting as soon as possible. The position, with a duration of at least 2 years, is conceived within the framework of the Complementary Plans (Planes Complementarios) Programme 2022-2025 Astrophysics and High Energy Physics: “Tecnologías avanzadas para la exploración del universo y sus componentes”; an action of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR-C17.I1).

The applicant will conduct research related with the detection and characterisation of Solar System Objects (SSOs) in the OAJ surveys, mainly in the J-PAS, J-PLUS and J-VAR (time domain survey for J-PLUS) datasets. The filter systems used in these projects allow for the study of the chemical composition of asteroids through the analysis of their SEDs and, in particular, exploit the synergy between the three projects.
