The Institute of Physics of Cantabria, joint research center of CSIC and the University of Cantabria, is seeking highly motivated candidates for a postdoctoral position to work on galaxy evolution, combining insights from a variety of astronomical surveys and advanced machine learning techniques. 

The successful candidate, under the supervision of Helena Domínguez Sánchez, will focus on exploring the complex processes that drive galaxy formation and evolution across cosmic time by integrating data from large-scale astronomical surveys, including - but not limited to - Euclid, J-PAS, ARRAKIHS, MaNGA, JWST, and employing cutting-edge machine learning techniques to uncover new patterns and insights.
