We offer a postdoctoral position at Universidad Autonoma Madrid (Spain) to work with Prof. Daniel Ceverino on simulations of clumpy galaxies at high redshifts and the formation of star clusters within giant clumps. Applicants must have a PhD in Astrophysics and some expertise in galaxy formation simulations and/or star formation processes. The appointment will initially be for 2 years, starting in April 2025, with the possibility of further extension depending on funding availability. Interested candidates should submit their cv with a list of publications to the email address daniel.ceverino@uam.es by December 1, 2024.
