ENLACES A LAS SALAS WEBINAR Y ZOOM

Instrucciones para los asistentes

Los enlaces arriba indicados son todos abiertos y públicos. Las salas de reunión están indicadas en el programa y se abrirán 10 minutos antes de iniciar la sesión. Los participantes podrán entrar a las salas de reunión en cualquier momento de la sesión.  La sala foro-SEA-café permanecerá abierta de 11:00 a 17:00h (hora peninsular, CEST, UT+2).

Recomendaciones:

• Tener instalada y actualizada la aplicación de zoom (ver https://zoom.us/download)

• Tener una cuenta personal en zoom en la que claramente se indique nombre y apellidos del participante 

• Tener una sesión abierta en zoom en la máquina local. Ésta puede también abrirse a través del navegador, entrando en https://zoom.us/ y accediendo a la cuenta personal. 

Estas recomendaciones permiten a los asistentes identificarse con su nombre y apellidos en los webinar y sesiones zoom. Solo podrán realizar preguntas a los ponentes o participar aquellos participantes que el moderador de la sesión pueda identificar con nombre y apellido. 

Funcionamiento en la sala  WB-SEA: 

En esta sala, que puede albergar hasta 1000 participantes, tendrán lugar todas las sesiones plenarias. Es un sistema webinar-zoom, por lo que los asistentes entrarán con micrófonos apagados y con la cámara cerrada. Al iniciar la sesión el moderador recordará las pautas de participación. En general estas serán:

• Los asistentes podrán, en cualquier momento, accionar el botón de “levantar la mano” para solicitar realizar una consulta al ponente o participar en un debate. 

• Los asistentes tendrán deshabilitado el “chat”, las preguntas y comentarios se realizarán a través de la opción “preguntas y respuestas”. Ello permitirá agilizar la tarea del moderador. 

• Al terminar la ponencia el moderador abrirá un turno de palabras y tendrá la opción de solicitar al asistente abrir el micrófono. 

Las sesiones serán grabadas, por lo que los asistentes aceptan la siguiente declaración:

Declaro que con mi participación como asistente a la reunión RC-2020  acepto las leyes vigentes de propiedad intelectual. Eximo a la Sociedad Española de Astronomía de cualquier infracción que pudiera cometerse en este sentido, asumiendo la responsabilidad sobre mi participación.

Funcionamiento en las salas Z1 y Z2: 

Estas salas están reservadas para las sesiones paralelas “Resumen de contribuciones”, a celebrar diariamente entre 15:30 y 16:10h. La capacidad de cada sala es de 300 participantes y se usará una plataforma zoom educacional (RedIRIS) cuyo funcionamiento, parecido al que usamos habitualmente, permite una mayor interacción entre los participantes.  Al inicio de la sesión los coordinadores darán las pautas de participación.

Instructions for attendees

The above links are all open and public. The meeting rooms are specified in the programme, they will be open 10 minutes before the session starts. The participants are allowed to get in or get out of the rooms at any moment during the sessions. The room Foro-SEA-café will stay open every day from 11:00 to 17:00h (CEST, UT+2).

Recommendations:

• Install zoom or update it to the latest version (https://zoom.us/download)

• Have a personal zoom account where the name and surname of the attendee is clearly specified.

• Open a zoom session locally in your machine. This can be also done through the browser, https://zoom.us/ and login in into the personal account.

Following these recommendations will allow attendees to identify with their name and surname in the webinars and zoom sessions. Only those participants whose name and surname can be identified by the chairperson will be allowed to ask questions or participate in the session.

The WB-SEA room:  

In this room, that can gather up to 1000 participants, the plenary sessions will take place. It consists of a webinar-zoom system, therefore the attendees will access with the microphones muted and the camera switched off. At the beginning of the session the chairperson will remind the rules for participation. Summarizing:

• The attendees, at any moment, could "raise the hand" to call the attention in order to ask a question to the speaker or participate in a debate.

• The attendees will have the "chat" option disabled. The participants will write their questions in the "Preguntas y Respuestas/Questions and answers" dialogue. This will make life easy for the chairperson.

• At the end of the talk the chairperson will open a "question time" slot and will allow the participants to unmute the microphone.

The sessions will be recorded, therefore we assume that the attendees abide by the following statement:

"As a participant in the Scientific Meeting I accept the current legislation on intellectual property and copyright. I exempt the Sociedad Española de Astronomía of any infraction that could becommitted in this context, taking full responsibility on my participations.”

Rooms Z1 y Z2: 

These rooms are booked for the parallel sessions "Resumen de contribuciones/Overview of contributions", that will be held every day from 15:30 to 16:10. Each room gathers up to 300 participantes and the platform zoom educational (RedIRIS) will be used. This platform, very similar to the zoom we currently use, allows a better interaction among the participants. At the beginning of each session the coordinators will give the rules for participation.
