Estimados compañeros,

En nombre de los Comités Científico y Local, organizadores de la XIV Reunión Científica de la Sociedad Española de Astronomía, os informamos de los siguientes puntos:

1. INSCRIPCIÓN, SOLICITUD DE BECAS DE ALOJAMIENTO Y ENVÍO DE COMUNICACIONES

Dos fechas a tener en cuenta:

16 de enero: apertura de la inscripción, solicitudes de becas de alojamiento para miembros junior y envío de solicitud de comunicaciones.

14 de marzo: fecha límite para la recepción de solicitudes de comunicaciones y de becas de alojamiento.

Recordad que la inscripción se puede realizar hasta la semana anterior a la celebración de la Reunión.

Podéis encontrar el enlace a la página web que gestionará las solicitudes e inscripciones en la página de la Reunión.

En ella se ha incluido información adicional acerca de aspectos logísticos de la Reunión.

2. REUNIONES DE GRUPO

Como en anteriores Reuniones Científicas acomodaremos en el calendario reuniones de grupo. Aquellos que estéis interesados en coordinar una de estas reuniones contactad con nosotros, indicando el tema, número de participantes estimado, y duración aproximada.

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Scientific and Local Organizing Committees of the XIV Scientific Meeting of the Spanish Astronomical Society, we would like to inform you about two items:

1. REGISTRATION, APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION GRANTS, AND APPLICATION FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

Two important dates to have in mind:

16 January (TODAY!): Opening of registration, applications for accommodation grants (junior members) and application for contributions.

14 March: Deadline for application for contributions, and accommodation grants.

We remind you that the registration can be carried out until the week before the Meeting.

You will also find there additional information on logistic aspects of the Meeting.

2. GROUP MEETINGS

As it has happened in the past Scientific Meetings we will accommodate group meetings in the calendar.
