PhD Fellowships at the Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid (CAM) 

We are looking for a strong candidate to apply jointly for the predoctoral fellowships offered by the Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid to carry out the PhD thesis at the Astrophysics Department of the Centro de Astrobiología (CAB), in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid). The PhD project will focus on the analysis of Integral Field Spectroscopic data of star-forming galaxies at 3<z<7, observed with the NIRSpec instrument aboard the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), to study the properties of their interstellar medium and gas kinematics. The successful candidate will be integrated into the extragalactic group at CAB, which has major involvements in the JWST MIRI and NIRSpec constructions and the GTO programs
